Job Description
In this role you will:

•Work as part of a multi disciplinary team, ensuring all orders received via telephone, fax, post, etc. are processed accurately and promptly upon receipt
•Order entry
•Returns: Ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner
•Credit and debit memo processing
•Delivery processing
•Invoice processing
•Price review
•General data entry activities relating to order to cash process



You will bring:

•Fluent in English + French
•Education to Leaving Certificate level (or similar). Business or other relevant 3rdlevel qualification desirable
•A number of years experience of working in a fast moving customer service environment preferably within a multinational environment.
•Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
•SAP SD user level experience desirable.

28,000 per annum
