Data Analytics Manager - eMarketing

With a worldwide presence and a strong reputation in the Gaming and eSport industries, this company keeps growing and improving thanks in part to their strong analytics team. This company is now looking to find an experienced data analytics manager that will have hands on technical analytics projects to look after (use of R), as well as manage a team of 2 and growing. This role is key and traverse to the global organisation: your work would impact every game and sector of the company.
There are 2 mains aspects to the role:
1) As a technical leader, you will keep a hands-on approach and your daily activities will include providing operational insights on marketing, eCRM campaigns, and media.
-You will work around R and its packages (mandatory), as well as other analytics tools and languages such as SQL, Google Analytics, etc.
-The projects involve data tracking, segmentation, paid-media tracking, attribution modelling, etc.
2) As a Manager of the data operations team, you will oversee a team of 2 analytics profiles in place.
-You will align technical development and activities with global business objectives
-You will mentor the team members and help grow their analytical expertise
-You will also be involved and lead the growing of the team in the next coming months
-Strong technical background around Data Science / Analytics
-Clear and demonstrated experience working with R and its packages
-As a plus, you have experience in one of the following sectors: Marketing, E-commerce, Media agency, or Ad tech
-Broad knowledge of analytics / Data Science tools (such as Python, SAS, Google Analytics, Hadoop, etc)
-Fluent English (work language)
